“Michelle came up with some really interesting, innovative ideas and everything was very well presented with samples of fabrics etc. Michelle was not at all push but we decided to go with most of what she suggested. This included new curtains, wallpaper, paint, new dining chair upholstery, new sofas/chair/cushions and “finishing touches” such as mirrors and lights. We cannot recommend Michelle highly enough.
Some of the products we ordered came from abroad and this was at a time when new Brexit rules and regulations were coming into force so it was a learning curve for Michelle as well. But Michelle project-managed everything from start to finish; she sourced all the products and found all the necessary craftsmen, curtain-fitter, decorators, electrician etc and they were all excellent and top quality. We did not have to worry about any aspect of the project and everything was done really efficiently, expertly and with the minimum of fuss and she kept us up to date with developments at all times.
She has transformed the area completely and the room now has the Wow factor we hoped to achieve. We would certainly cal upon Michelle again in the future.”
