While returning home from Liverpool with friends Kim and Sally in May 2025, we made an impromptu stop at Gladstone Pottery Museum in Stoke-on-Trent. From towering bottle kilns and historic workshops to fascinating glaze archives, bathroom history and the story behind Britain's famous pottery industry, it became one of the highlights of the trip.
